摘　　要：提出使用涡流技术对汽车连杆的硬度进行检测和分类．讨论了其检测和分类的数字信号处理算法．涡流响应处理方法使用一个二维共轭滤波器。The detection and the classification of hardness of automobile link rod are put forward in eddy current inspection. The digital signal processing algorithms of digital signal processing for detection and the characterization of the hardness are considered. A new method processing the eddy current responses is presented. In this method, two dimensional conjugate filters are employed which are sensitive both to the phase angle and the shape of the eddy current responses.
