摘 要:目的研究学龄前儿童与成人眼直肌滑车内平滑肌形态及数量的差异。方法选取10例新鲜尸体眼眶(儿童组5例、成人组5例),整体固定包埋,进行全眼眶连续冠状切片(片厚4μm)。相邻层面经Masson及免疫组织化学染色后,从大体角度和光镜下观察典型层面儿童与成人眼直肌滑车平滑肌的组织结构及分布特点,并用MIAS-2000显微图像分析系统定量分析。结果儿童眼直肌滑车的平滑肌组织形态与成人相似,但内直肌滑车的平滑肌含量76.2±0.6(灰度值)明显高于成人组87.4±0.3,差异有统计学意义(t=36.02,P<0.05)。结论学龄前儿童与成人眼直肌滑车平滑肌含量间具有差异性,这一发现为更好地研究斜视病因提供了解剖学依据。Objective To study the smooth muscle differences of rectus pulley between preschool children and adults.Methods Ten fresh cadaver orbits(five children,five adults)were fixed in situ and coronal sectioned serially with entire orbit at 4 μm thickness.Every nearby section was stained by Masson and immunohistochemical method.After that,the structure and distribution of smooth muscle in the rectus pulley of typical section between preschool children and adults were observed under gross anatomy and light microscopy,and the results were quantitative analyzed with MIAS-2000 image analyzer.Results The smooth muscle morphology of the children rectus pulley were similar to the adult,but the smooth muscle content of the children medial rectus pulley were 76.2±0.6(gray level value),higher than 87.4±0.3 of the adult,there was statistical difference between the two groups(t=36.02,P0.05).Conclusion There is difference between the smooth muscle content in rectus pulley,which provides the anatomic basis for better studying the cause of strabismus.
