摘　　要：青光眼动物模型为青光眼的发病、治疗和预后的研究提供了良好的平台。由于兔源易于获得,兔眼房水外流通道与人相同,兔青光眼模型的应用研究较多。本文就复方卡波姆溶液诱导的慢性兔高眼压模型的研究现状做全面的综述如下。Glaucoma models have provided a good platform for studying the morbidity,treatment and prognosis of glaucoma.Rabbits can be acquired easily and they have the same outflow channels as human being.There are more researches about rabbit glaucoma models.This article reviews the overall aspects of research status about experimental high intraocular pressure model induced by carbomer in rabbits.
