摘 要:在对核心及稳定系统的解剖学结构和生理学机制进行分析的基础上,对核心稳定性在运动技术动作的完成、身体平衡的维持、运动损伤的预防与伤后康复等方面的作用做了概括,并从竞技体育实践的角度讨论了核心力量训练的相关问题.提出核心力量作为力量素质一种,核心力量的提升,有利于整体力量的整合;从康复领域移植过来的核心力量的训练方法,其练习强度、肌肉的收缩形式特点等决定了与运动专项的结合不够紧密;在方法的层面上调整后的抗阻练习是有益的补充,并结合周期训练理论对不同训练阶段核心力量训练的负荷特征进行了阐述.Based on the analysis to the anatomic structure and physiological mechanism of the core and the core stability system,this thesis summarizes its functions to sports technique performance,balance maintaining,prevention of sport injury and rehabilitation;and discusses the relative issues on the athletic aspect.This paper proposes that core strength,as one kind of strength,with it improving,will benefit integration of the whole strength;the means of core strength training implanted form the rehabilitation,due to the intensity and formats of muscle contraction,has caused the deficiency of combination of training specialization;and resistance training modulated by the approach level is a helpful supplementation.Ultimately,load characteristics of core strength training in different training stages,based on the Periodization,are discussed.
