摘 要:提出了利用模糊PID控制器控制数控机床伺服系统位的方法,并设计了模糊PID控制器应用于其位置控制器中进行控制。介绍了模糊PID控制器结构,以及模糊控制规则的生成方法,并且利用MATLAB语言对该控制方案进行数字仿真。仿真结果表明:该方法稳态误差为零,动态响应快,超调量小,有较好的控制效果。改造后的数控铣床扩展了功能,能完成进给部分的自动控制,加工精度有了明显提高。An approach is presented that servo system of NC machine tool can be controlled by means of PID controller combined with the fuzzy logic,and the controller is designed for application to its position controller.The structure and the method of creating principles of the fuzzy-PID controller are introduced.A digital simulation for this scheme is made at the end of the essay by MATLAB language,the results of which show that this method not only has no static distortion,but also has a fast response with little overshoot.The scheme is of good control effect.Functions of the retrofitd milling machine are expanded.It can automatically control the part of feeding and the precision of processing is obviously improved.
