摘　　要：随着人们环保意识的不断增强,环保法规约束力度的加大,逆向物流的经济价值逐步显现。国内外许多知名企业纷纷把逆向物流战略作为强化其竞争优势,增加顾客价值和满意度,提高其供应链整体绩效的重要手段。通过分析逆向物流产生的背景、涵义及特点,了解了逆向物流的战略价值及逆向物流管理的重要性。并进一步探讨了逆向物流的有效管理,在此基础上,阐述了逆向物流的发展趋势。With the growing awareness of environmental protection and the intensified efforts about the environmental protection laws, the economic value of reverse logistics gradually revealed. Many domestic and foreign famous enterprises have to reverse logistics strategy as strengthening its competitive advantage, increasing the satisfaction and value of customers and improving the performance of the whole supply chain. By analyzing the background, the meaning and characteristics of reverse logistics, I under-stand the reverse logistics strategic value and the importance of reverse logistics management. And further to discuss the effective management of reverse logistics, on this basis, this paper expounds the development trend of reverse logistics.
