摘　　要：目的:探讨负压球细管引流在治疗恶性胸腔积液中的临床应用价值。方法:2002年9月-2009年9月收治156例恶性胸腔积液患者用负压球细管持续引流胸水后注入药物,观察疗效及并发症。结果:150例中CR 58例、PR 89例、NC 9例,有效率94.2%。主要并发症为管腔堵塞。结论:负压球细管引流在治疗恶性胸腔积液中的应用方法简便,安全有效,易被患者接受。Objective：To investigate the efficacy and complication of fine tubule drainage with a small ball suction in malignant pleural effusion. Methods：Total of 156 patients with malignant pleural effusion were managed by using a fine tubule drainage with a small ball suction. Results：There were 58 cases in CR,89 cases in PR,9 cases in NC. The main complication was obstruction of the tubule lumen. Conclusion： The fine tubule drainage with a small ball suction is effective, and simple for malignant pleural effusion treatment.
