摘　　要：高层管理人员更替被认为是企业发展中最重大和最昂贵的战略决策问题之一,对企业发展有着重要的影响。从高层管理人员更替原因、继任者选择以及高层管理人员更替对公司的影响三个方面对国外现有研究成果进行了梳理,以期丰富和完善企业高层管理人员更替的理论研究,增强其解释力和指导性。The replacement of senior managers is considered as one of the most important and expensive strategies,because it has great impact on the development of enterprises.From the aspects of the causes of the replacement,the selection of the successor,and the replacement＇s impact on enterprises,this paper combs the research achievements abroad in order to enrich and perfect the theoretical study of managers＇ replacement and improve its explanation and instruction.
