摘　　要：随着测绘科学的飞速发展,测绘人才培养模式必须紧跟时代脚步。我校按照实施全面素质教育、重视学生创新能力、实践能力和创业精神培养的宗旨出发,要求测绘工程专业的教学工作必须适应现场的生产实践。从实践内容体系结构、实习考核指标体系、实验室及实习基地建设等方面进行了大胆的改革与探索,建立与完善一整套测绘工程专业实践教学体系,取得了一些经验与做法。With the development of surveying science rapidly, the education model of surveying talent must keep in step with the time. Aimed at implementing quality education in all-around way, paying attention to students’originality ability and practice ability, training pioneering work spirit, it demands teaching of surveying specialty adapting production practice in spot.Reform and exploration are implemented audaciously, which form system construction of practice content, index system of practice, laboratory and practice base, etc. Then practice teaching system of surveying specialty is built up, and some experience and practice are achieved.
