从美国的视力健康计划谈构建我国公共卫生视力保护方案

摘　　要：美国视力健康计划是美国卫生及公共服务部和疾病预防控制中心共同制定的防盲、降低视力损害、提高视力健康的一个公共卫生方案。该计划在政策、方针、设施、人才等方面提出了一个协调的方案,具有前瞻性和创新性,试图倾全社会之力提高全国视力健康。我们通过介绍美国视力健康计划,旨在为我国将来制定符合我国国情的视力健康计划提供参考,同时也是政策决定者、科研工作者和医务人员防盲治盲工作的依据。The U. S. vision health initiative is a public health program to prevent blindness, reduce visual impairment and improve visual health jointly developed by the Uo S. Department of Health ＆Human Services and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The initiative has proposed a coordinated program in the perspective of policies, guidelines, facilities, talents etc, with foresighted- ness and innovation, trying to make full use of the whole society＇s endeavor to enhance the nation＇s visual health. This paper aims to introduce the U. S. vision health initiative to provide reference to China ＇s nation condi- tioned visual health initiative which may be developed in the near future, and can also be the anti-blind basis for policy-makers, research workers and medical personnel.
