灼口综合征患者静态唾液流量及泪液分泌量的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨灼口综合征(burning mouth syndrome,BMS)患者静态唾液流速及泪液分泌量与其口干症状之间的相关性。方法检测57例BMS患者和47例正常对照组静态唾液流速和泪液分泌量。结果 BMS组的平均静态唾液流速和泪液流量与对照组相比,具口干症状的BMS患者静态唾液流速和泪液流量不具口干症状的BMS患者相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 BMS患者口干症状与外分泌腺分泌障碍之间的无明显相关性。Objective To investigate the variety of non-stinmlated salivary flow rates and lacrimal fluid flow in patients with burning mouth syndrome （BMS）. Methods The non-stimulated salivary flow rates and lacrimal fluid flow of 57 BMS patients and 37 healthy controls were recorded. Results The non-stimulated salivary flow rates and lacrimal fluid flow were low in the group of BMS patients, but there is no statistical difference when compared with that of the normal individuals（ P 〉 0.05）. There was also no significant differ- ence of non-stimulated salivary flow rates and lacrimal fluid flow in patients with and without xerostomia （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions There was also no significant relationship between parasecretion of exocrine gland secretion and the symptom of xerostomia in patients with BMS.
