在心理健康教育视野下探析和构建高校审美教育

摘  要:知识经济时代,培养具有完全人格的心理健康教育已经成为紧迫的社会课题。本文立足于当代大学生心理健康现状,探讨了审美教育的本质内涵,从对人的情感陶冶、培养良好心态调控力、以及提高精神境界三个层面论述了审美教育对培养大学生健康心理的重要作用和现实意义。构建审美教育,要以人文教育和人文关怀为根本,以校园文化建设为模式,以充分发挥美育对德育的促进作用为核心。In the era of knowledge economy, it becomes a pressing social issue to construct the psychological health education which intends to culture students with full personality. Based on the current situation of the contemporary college students' mental health, this article discusses the essential meaning of aesthetic education, and the important role and practical significance of aesthetic education in culturing students with mental health from three levels, which are cultivating human emotions, festering the ability to develop good attitude, and improving mental outlook. Construction of aesthetic education must base on the humanities and humanistic care, take the construction of campus culture as the model, and revolve about the promoting role of aesthetic education to moral education.
