摘　　要：当前,我国成人在职教育在发展过程中遭遇到诸多问题与困境,影响甚至阻碍了在职教育的健康发展。变革当前的成人在职教育发展模式,重构成人在职教育的管理体制,探索成人在职教育发展的新模式,积极发展成人在职教育,是成人教育欲求科学发展不可规避的时代课题。At present,China＇s adult-service education encountered many problems and difficulties in the development process,which influence and even hinder the healthy development of in-service education.Therefore,to change the current mode of development of adult in-service education,to restructure of adult in-service education management system,to explore new mode of adults in-service education,and actively develop adult education,that＇s a the times topic for scientific development which can not be avoided.
