摘　　要：目的探讨康复运动室小组管理模式的临床实践的方法和效果。方法根据脑瘫的类型,按照一定的床位与人员配置比例,将治疗师分为3个小组,并保持人员相对固定,病种床位轮流,对实施3年的情况进行回顾性总结。结果实施小组管理模式后,治疗师的理论知识水平和技能提升,患儿满意度提高,减少意外损伤的发生。结论康复运动室小组管理模式有利于规范治疗师行为,提高治疗师理论和实践能力,促进患儿康复。Objective To investigate the methods and effectiveness of the physical therapy team management mode.Methods According to the type of cerebral palsy and a certain ratio of beds and staff,the therapists were divided into 3 groups,and relatively fixed.They treated children with differrent types of CP and different beds by turn.The implementation of treatment was 3 years.Results After the physical therapy team management mode was executed,the therapist＇s theoretical knowledge and technical skill were upgraded,patient satisfaction raised,and the occurrence of accidental injury reduced.Conclusion The physical therapy team management mode is conducive to standardize therapist behavior,improve the capacity of theory and practice of therapists and promote patient recovery.
