摘　　要：温总理在全国政协十一届二次会议和十一届全国人大二次会议两会结束后,与中外记者见面时曾说过一句话:"以暖心来暖经济"。在当前国际经融危机的状态下,成人教育也需要暖心。要以科学发展观来成就成人教育事业,不仅要抓数量,也要抓质量。暖心一是要以生为本,扎根基层,把知识送到基层;二是要有开拓精神,广泛宣传,发展壮大成人教育事业。Premier Wen pointed out that we should be engaged in economy with warm heart when he was reporting government＇s work at the second session of the Eleventh CPPCC National Committee and the second session of the Eleventh National People＇s Congress. Under the present international economic crisis, adult education should be dealt with warm heart too. We should handle adult education with scientific outlook on development. We should develop not only on quantity but also on quality. Warm heart should include two areas of effort. One is paying attension on students by rooting in grassroots and spreading knowledge amongst grassroots. The second is advertising extensively, promoting adult education with pioneering spirit.
