摘　　要：以生态承载力理论和可持续发展理论为基础,结合河南省具体情况,对河南省2000—2008年生态子系统承载力的变化情况进行了计算及分析,结果表明,河南省在现有人口和当前消费水平下,生态需求己超出了自然系统生态承载力的范围。同时提出了增强区域生态承载力的对策。The change condition of ecological subsystem capacity of Henan province during 2000-2008 was calculated and analyzed based on the theories of ecological capacity and sustainable development.The results show that the ecological demand exceeds the ecological capacity scope of the natural system under current population and consumption level in Henan province.The paper proposes the countermeasures to strengthen regional ecological capacity at the same time.
