摘 要:目的:比较超声波和传统慢速手机在后牙进行根尖倒预备对根切面的影响。方法:32例附有颌骨和牙周组织,含两个主根管的下颌第一磨牙近中根,随机均分成2组,分别采用两种处理方式进行倒预备:(1)超声波组:超声波配金刚砂尖Berutti与镍钛尖RE2。(2)慢速手机组:慢速手机配No.2圆钻。扫描电镜下对比观察倒预备前、后的根切面环氧树脂模型,评价微裂数目、类型及管腔边缘质量。采用SPSS13.0软件包行KruskalWallisTest。结果:超声波组的微裂数目明显少于慢速手机组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);超声组与慢速手机组之间微裂类型差异无统计学意义(P=0.929);超声波组的管腔边缘质量优于慢速手机组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。结论:超声根尖倒预备技术用于后牙具有明显的优越性和可行性。Objective:To evaluate the effects of posterior teeth retrograde preparation on ultrasonic retrotips and traditional slow-speed handpiece. Methods:Thirty-two rnesial roots of the mandibular first molars with two canals, mature root apices, and periodontal tissue were assigned randomly to 2 groups of 16 each. The root end preparations were made respectively using ultrasonic diamond tip Berutti and NiTi tip RE2 and slow-speed handpiece with No. 2 round bur. The preoperative and postoperative epoxy resin replicas were examined under scanning electron microscope for further evaluating the number and type of the micro- cracks, the quality of cavity margin. Kruskal Wallis Test of SPSS13.0 was used,and a P values less than 0.05 were considered to be significant. Results:The number of micro-crack in ultrasonic group was signifi- cantly less than that in slow-speed handpiece group( P =0. 002). The type of micro-cracks has no significant difference between the two groups( P =0. 929). The quality of cavity margin in the ultrasonic group was significant better than that in the slow-speed handpiece group( P=0. 029). Conclusion:Ultrasonic instrument is feasible in the posterior teeth root-end preparation.
