摘　　要：随着机械化条件下装备保障训练向信息化条件下装备保障训练的不断推进,迫切需要新训练理论的指导。借鉴事理理论的思想,提出装备保障训练“需求、规划、执行、评估”四阶段方法论,给出了方法体系,分析了该方法论的特点,为信息化条件下装备保障训练的不断推进提供了基本思路和实现途径。As the development of equipment support training transformation from mechanization to information,new training theory is needed.Based on the science of human affairs,equipment support training ＂four-stage-methodology＂ is put forward,which is ＂requirements,plans,execution,and assessment＂,and analyzes its attributes,as well as its means system.The methodology gives the basic idea and methods from equipment support training.
