摘  要:教师队伍的专业化是衡量教师业务水准的终极指标,教师追求专业化发展的过程与其教学的过程融为一体,其中教师课堂角色扮演的成功与否折射出教师专业化的程度。教师决定扮演什么课堂角色受其教学信念的影响。教师要更好地实现专业化,就必须深刻认识课堂中自己扮演的各种角色,强化角色转换意识,进而在专业化的道路上实现可持续发展。Teachers' professional development is the ultimate criteria for judging their qualifications and teachers' pursuit of professional development is integrated into their teaching during which how well they can play their class roles reflects the extent of their professional development.However,what roles teachers choose to play is determined by their teaching belief.Therefore,if teachers want to develop better professionally,they must have a profound understanding of the various roles they play in the class and strengthen the awareness of role reversal so as to achieve sustainable development on the way to professionalism.
