A Comparative Study on the Graduate Education in Chinese and Japanese Research Universities

摘　　要：通过分析比较中日研究型大学的教育现状,从学制、导师制、经费来源以及合作交流等四个方面对中日研究生的培养模式及管理方法进行对比,从中得到启示和借鉴,提出我国研究型大学在研究生教育中应注重加强人才培养目标的定位、创新能力的培养、学校管理力度以及国际合作交流等方面。This paper analyzes the existing educational conditions of Chinese and Japanese research universities and compares the training mode and managerial approach of Chinese graduate students education with those of Japanese universities in four respects：education system,tutorial system,fund sources,cooperation and exchange system. It is aimed to find some useful messages and ideas for Chinese graduate education from this research. A proposal is put forward that Chinese research universities should improve their personal training objective positioning,training of innovation ability,college administration as well as international cooperation and exchange.
