摘  要:通过对2个ae近等基因系、6个普通玉米自交系及其组配杂交组合的直链淀粉含量及千粒质量的测定,结果表明:含有ae基因的杂交种与ae同型自交系相比千粒质量显著提高,ae基因明显提高了杂种直链淀粉的含量;同时,发现ae近等基因系的α-淀粉酶活性,发芽势和发芽率比普通自交系低,而含有ae基因的杂交组合明显高于ae近等基因系和普通自交系,表现出了较强的的杂种优势.The contents of amylase and 1000-seed weights of two ae high-amylose maize,six common maize inbred lines,and their hybrids were tested. The results showed that the content of amylose that controlled by ae gene had obviously hybrid vigor. The activity of α-amylase at 48h,germination percentage and potential were also tested.The activity of α-amylase at 48h,germination percentage and germination potential of high-amylose maize were lower than commom inbred lines,but these of the hybrids which contained ae gene were and all obviously higher than both ae high-amylose and inbred lines,all the hybrids showed strong heterosis.
