摘　　要：目的:检测粘液素MUC6基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)rs7943115与胃癌的关系。方法:应用TaqMan方法对272名胃癌患者和374名健康者进行基因分型,并用非条件性Logistic回归分析所检测的SNP与胃癌的关系。结果:MUC6基因SNP与胃癌的发病没有关联。结论:SNP7943115在胃癌的发病过程中不起主要作用。Objective：To evaluate the association of rs7943115 in the MUC6 gene of mucin with the risk of gastric cancer.Methods： SNP rs7943115 were genotyped among 272 cases with gastric cancer and 374 normal controls by TaqMan method.And data were analyzed using unconditional logistic regression to evaluate the association of the SNP with gastric cancer.Results： No association was found between the SNP examined in the present study and the incidence of gastric cancer.Conclusion： SNP rs7943115 does not play a major role in the development of gastric cancer.
