摘  要:【目的】探讨不同原因剖宫产分娩对学龄期儿童感觉统合功能的影响。【方法】由父母填写一般情况调查表和儿童感觉统合检核表,对301例健康学龄期儿童进行测试,根据母亲孕、产期情况分为三组,用方差分析和SNK进行组间比较。【结果】除Ⅷ因子外,其他感觉统合功能因子得分均是自然分娩组最好,医学指征剖宫产组最差,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两两比较:Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅸ因子自然分娩组好于社会因素剖宫产组(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅸ因子社会因素剖宫产组好于医学指征剖宫产组(P<0.05);除Ⅷ因子外,其他感觉统合功能因子均是自然分娩组好于医学指征剖宫产组(P<0.01)。【结论】单纯剖宫产手术和导致剖宫产的医学指征对儿童感觉统合功能均存在影响,并且这些医学指征会加重剖宫产对儿童感觉统合功能的不利影响。【Objective】 To investigate the effect of different birth style on sensory integration function of school children. 【Methods】 Parents were asked to complete two questionnaires,the general information questionnaire made by ourselves,and the sensory integration test scales.Variance analyses were used to analyze the difference of scores among three groups,and SNK test was used to analyze the difference in scores between two groups. 【Results】 Naturally delivered group scored highest,while cesarean delivery with medical indication group scored lowest in three groups except for Ⅷ factor of the scale.The total scores were statistically significantly different between three groups.For Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅸ factors: naturally delivered group scored significantly higher than those of elective cesarean delivered group,and forⅠ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅸ factors elective cesarean delivered group scored significantly higher than those of cesarean delivery with medical indication group;except for Ⅷ factor,in all other factors naturally delivered group scored significantly higher than those of cesarean delivery with medical indication group. 【Conclusions】 With or without indication,cesarean delivery has a negative effect on children's sensory integration function.And the medical indication has increased harmful effects on children's sensory integration function of cesarean delivery.
