【Objective】 To explore the relationship between visualor auditory defects and learning disabilities of children. 【Methods】 Based on 247 cases of children with learning disabilities and 89 normal children sustained visual, auditory attention measure. 【Results】 In children with learning disabilities, percentage of visual, auditory attention defect were 48.51±25.13 and 56.48±22.04,whilein the normal children group were 21.6±16.32 and 24.47±22.04.The rate of visual, auditory attention defect in learning disabilities was significantly higher than normal children.it was also found that each additional one-year-old children's age, learning disability group and normal group of visual attention defects reduced averagely by 7.012 percent and 3.964 percent, auditory attention was reduced averagely by 4.290 percent and 3.046 percent. As the age increases, the defect rate of children's visual, auditory attention was greatly reduced. 【Conclusions】 The increasing of visual, auditory attention defect rate will lead to children's learning disabilities.
