摘　　要：目的与方法:对权威文献所记载的肾经腧穴的主治作用进行分类统计,以探索肾经腧穴的主治规律。结果:肾经腧穴的主治作用规律与神经节段性支配规律相吻合。结论:传统理论总结与临床经验或临床实践之间有较大距离;针灸学理论需要创新和发展。Objective and Methods：Put the documents of kidney acupoints＇recorded in authoritative literature on category statistics to explore its main treatment function law.Result：The main treatment function law of kidney acupoints is consistent with dominance rule of nerve segment.Conclusion：There is a large disparity between traditional theory summary and clinical experience and clinical practice;Acupuncture therapy needs to innovate and development.
