电热针灸加穴位贴敷改善脾虚湿阻型肥胖患者临床症状研究

摘　　要：目的:比较电热针灸加穴位贴敷与口服西药改善脾虚湿阻型肥胖患者临床症状的研究。方法:将150例脾虚湿阻型肥胖患者随机分为电热针灸加穴位贴敷组(治疗组)和口服西药组(对照组),采用症状积分的方法,比较治疗1个月后临床症状积分改善情况。结果:治疗组各临床症状治疗后都得到明显改善(P<0.01),治疗组和对照组在改善脾虚湿阻型肥胖患者临床症状方面有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:电热针灸加穴位贴敷改善脾虚湿阻型肥胖患者临床症状疗效显著。Objective：To compare the discrepancy of therapeutic effects between ele-ctrothermic needles combined with acupoint application and western medicine taking for improving clinical symptom of simple obesity.Methods：150 cases were divided into a treated group and a control group by random.The two groups which adopted symptom integral were compared after one month.Results：Every clinical symptom of the treated group was obviously improved by treating（P〈0.01） There is a significant difference between the treated group and the control group on improving the clinical symptom of splenic astheniamoist locked simple obesity（P〈0.01） .Conclusion：The therapeutic effects of electrochemical needle combined with acupoint application for improving clinical symptom of simple obesity is very significant.
