摘 要:目的:研究鳖甲煎丸煎剂对大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将实验大鼠随机分为两组,灌服鳖甲煎丸煎剂组、灌服生理盐水组。用卵核蛋白作为抗原给正常大鼠进行腹股沟皮下注射,待基础免疫后当日对灌服鳖甲煎丸煎剂组及灌服生理盐水组大鼠进行灌胃,1次/d。9天后再用卵核蛋白进行加强免疫,10天后再用酶联免疫吸附测定实验方法检测相应抗体生产水平。结果:灌服鳖甲煎丸煎剂组大鼠抗体水平显著升高,与灌服生理盐水组相比较有明显差异,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鳖甲煎丸煎剂对大鼠免疫功能有提高作用。Objective:To investigate the influence of Biejia decoction on the rat immunologic function. Methods:The rats for experiment were separated as Biejia decoction group and physiological saline group. After using female gametic nucleus albumen as antigen to hype for normal rats groin.The same day,drenched Biejia decoction group and physiological saline group everyday.After 9days,the immunized rats for experiment were all boosted with female gametic nucleus albumen again.Using ELISA method to inspect correspond antibody level another 10days later.Results:The content of antibody in Biejia decoction group is much higher than physiological saline group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Biejia decoction has promoted the rat immunologic gunction.
