田振国教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验总结

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种难治性疾病,本病的主要表现是腹泻,腹痛,脓血便,并伴有肛门灼热,里急后重,身热,纳呆,消瘦,大便臭秽,小便短赤等症状。中医药对本病的治疗有独到的特色与较好的疗效。作者有幸师从全国著名肛肠科专家,中华中医药学会肛肠专业委员会会长田振国教授学习。现将导师治疗溃疡性结肠炎的经验方"加味通腑汤"的内涵及临床应用体会归纳如下。Ulcerative colitis is a disese that is difficult to cure.The principal clinical manifestation include diarrhoea,bellyach,pus and blood stool,burning sensation of the anus,tenesmus,fever,anorexia,marasmus,oliguria with reddish urine,etc.There is some unique feature and better curative effect in the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine.I have the good fortune to study with the professer TIAN Zhen-guo.He is the nationalwell-known expert of the anorectum section and the president of the Anorectum Section Professional Committee of the China Association for Traditional Chinese Medicine.I summarize the connotation and the experiences of the clinical application of the JiaWei TongFu Tang as below.It＇s an empirical prescription for professer TIAN Zhen-guo to cure ulcerative colitis.
