ADHD儿童及父母个性和家庭环境特征病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）儿童家庭环境特征、病儿和父母的个性特征,以及三者与ADHD发病的关系。方法应用家庭环境量表、艾森克个性问卷儿童版和成人版分别对60例ADHD病儿和60例正常儿童及其父母进行测试。结果 ADHD病儿家庭亲密度、知识性、娱乐性、道德宗教观和组织性得分均显著低于对照组（z=2.31-3.68,P〈0.05）;ADHD病儿家庭矛盾性、神经质和精神质及母亲的神经质和精神质得分显著高于对照组儿童（z=2.77-4.24,P〈0.05）。回归分析显示,ADHD病儿家庭亲密度、矛盾性、知识性、娱乐性、道德宗教观、组织性、儿童神经质和母亲神经质得分与ADHD的发病有关（OR=0.630-1.376,P〈0.05）。结论 ADHD病儿家庭环境特征、病儿和母亲个性特征与对照组不同,且与ADHD的发病有关。Objective To investigate the home environment,personality of children and their parents,and their relationship with ADHD. Methods FES-CV and EPQ were used to test 60 ADHD children and 60 normal children and their parents.Results The scores of children with ADHD on family cohesion,intellectual-cultural orientation,active-recreational orientation,moral-religious emphasis,and organization were significantly lower than that of the control group（z=2.31-3.68,P0.05）.The scores of children with ADHD on family conflict,children＇s neuroticism and psychoticism,maternal neuroticism and psychoticism were significantly higher than that of the control（z=2.77-4.24,P0.05）.Regression analysis indicated that the family cohension,conflict,intellectual-cultural orientation,active-recreational orientation,moral-religious emphasis,organization,the neuroticism of children and their parents had relationship with ADHD（OR=0.630-1.376,P0.05）. Conclusion Home environment characteristics,personality of ADHD children and their parents are different from that of the control group,which is associated with the occurrence of ADHD.
