临床医学研究生计算机信息应用能力培训效果评价

摘　　要：目的了解临床医学研究生计算机信息应用能力教育培训效果,为临床医学研究生计算机能力教育提供参考依据。方法采用自制调查问卷及临床指导教师小组访谈方式,调查参加临床医学研究生计算机信息能力培训的155名研究生、未参加培训的79名研究生临床工作能力、信息技术认识程度及相关工作能力。结果与未培训者相比,参加培训的临床医学研究生对计算机信息能力教育的认识和相关工作能力明显提高,差异有显著性（χ^2=14.67~17.03,P〈0.01）;98%以上研究生认为有必要进行临床医学计算机信息能力教育。结论计算机信息能力培训对临床医学研究生临床工作能力的提高具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the result of training on ability of application of computer information in postgraduates of clinical medicine,and provide a reference for the training. Methods A self-made questionnaire and group visit were carried out to survey the clinical performance,knowledge on information technology and correlated work ability in 155 postgraduates who had been trained and 79 who did not join the training course. Results Compared with the untrained,the knowledge on computer information and work ability of the trained were much superior with a significant difference among them（χ2=14.67-17.03,P0.01）.More than 98% of the students regarded the computer-training course as a must. Conclusion The training on applying computer information is of great significance for postgrautes in clinical medicine to raise their clinical ability.
