摘 要:通过生物检测方法研究南方红豆杉种子的种皮和胚乳甲醇提取物中的石油醚、乙醚和乙酸乙酯萃取相成分对白菜发芽及生长的影响,通过GC-MS联用仪进一步分离和鉴定化合物成分,并采用反对数法分别确定它们的有效抑制浓度。结果表明:胚乳和种皮石油醚、乙醚和乙酸乙酯相溶液处理的白菜籽发芽率分别降低16、63、66和59、47、84个百分点;胚乳和种皮石油醚、乙醚和乙酸乙酯相处理的白菜苗高分别为对照的38.41%、37.97%、35.72%和37.18%、38.87%、38.07%;胚乳石油醚、乙醚和乙酸乙酯相浓度处理的白菜根长分别为对照的53.91%、11.17%、17.69%和11.84%、19.42%、11.51%。经质谱分析得出有机酸类、苯类、酯类等共14种有机化合物,其中含量较高的十六酸、十八酸、苯甲酸和乙酸等不同程度地抑制白菜胚根的生长,差异达显著与极显著水平,且随浓度增大抑制作用越强。在一定浓度范围内油酸能促进白菜胚根的生长,但随浓度增加促进作用降低。十六酸、十八酸、苯甲酸和乙酸对白菜胚根的生长的抑制中浓度(IC50)分别是3 112.053,2 890.754,429.632,4 272.776μL/L。The effects of the extraction of petroleum ether,aether and ethyl acetate of methanol soaked from seed coat and endosperm of Taxus chinensis var.mairei on the germination rates and growth of cabbage were investigated through bioassay method.All the compositions were isolated and identified by GC-MS,while the concentrations of inhibitors were determined by contrary-logarithm.The results showed that germination rates of cabbage seeds treated with petroleum ether,ethyl ether and ethyl acetate phase of endosperm and seed coat dropped 16,63,66 and 59,47,84 points of percentage respectively.Seedling heights of cabbage treated with petroleum ether,ethyl ether and ethyl acetate phase of endosperm and seed coat were respectively 38.41%,37.97%,35.72% and 37.18%,38.87% and 38.07% of the controlled ones.Seedling root lengths of cabbage treated with petroleum ether,ethyl ether and ethyl acetate phase of endosperm and seed coat were respectively 53.91%,11.17%,17.69% and 11.84%,19.42%,11.51% of the contrasts.There were
