摘　　要：运用SPSS统计分析软件,对襄樊市1999～2009年期间的企业信用信息和2002～2009年期间的信用环境、金融生态环境统计数据进行相关分析,得出结论:征信制度、企业征信系统及信用评级制度的建立对企业信用环境的改善产生了深刻影响;变一元目标为二元目标,将更大限度地发挥征信体系对企业信用环境的积极作用。因此,应强化对企业信用环境、征信体系、金融生态环境建设的关联性与可持续性的认识,建立企业三级信用环境建设长效机制,进一步促进企业信用环境建设。By using SPSS statistical analysis software, an analysis is made on the corporate credit information from 1999 to 2009 in Xiangfan city, and statistical data from 2002 to 2009 about the credit environment and the financial ecologic environment. A conclusion is drawn that ： establishment of credit investigation system, corporate credit system and credit rating system has had a profound impact on improvement of corporate credit environment and that changing a solo goal into the dual objectives exerts the positive role of credit system to the corporate credit environment into play. Therefore, we should strengthen awareness of the relevance and sustainability of the corporate credit environment, credit investigation system, financial ecological environment, and establish long -term mechanism for three - tier corporate credit environment, so as to further promote business credit environment.
