开窗减压术治疗下颌骨大型牙源性角化囊肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨开窗减压术在下颌骨大型牙源性角化囊肿中的临床应用。方法:运用开窗减压术对42例下颌骨大型牙源性角化囊肿进行治疗,在术后3月、6月、9月、12月行全景片检查,与术前全景片进行比较,囊肿完全消失者不需Ⅱ期手术,否则通过Ⅱ期手术刮除缩小的囊肿来达到治愈下颌骨大型牙源性角化囊肿的目的。结果:42例下颌骨大型牙源性角化囊肿患者运用此方法治疗后,术后3月囊肿均明显缩小;术后6月囊肿完全消失5例;术后9月囊肿完全消失8例;术后12月囊肿完全消失11例;仍有18例囊肿未完全消失者,通过Ⅱ期手术刮除缩小的囊肿。结论:开窗减压术治疗下颌骨大型牙源性角化囊肿是一种安全、可靠、有效的治疗方法。Objective： To explore the clinical application of decompression of large mandibular odontogenic keratocyst. Methods： 42 cases of large mandibular odontogenic keratocyst before and 3、6、9、12 months after decompression treatment were compared by panoramic examination. The cyst completely disappeared in panoramic film, otherwise, by secondary surgical curettage of the shrunken cyst to achieve the purposes of cure. Results： 42 cases of large mandibular odontogenic keratocyst were all significantly reduced in the 3rd month after the treatment;5 cases completely disappeared in the 6th month;8 cases completely disappeared in the 9th month;11 cases completely disappeared in the 12th month. 18 cases of shrunken cysts which were not completely disappeared the 12th month after treatment were treated by secondary surgical curettage. Conclusion： Decompression Treatment of large mandibular odontogenic keratocyst is a safe, reliable and effective method of treatment.
