摘　　要："顶岗实习"是高职院校有效推进"工学结合"人才培养模式的最重要的形式,也是培养高技能人才的重要途径.对顶岗实习进行科学设计、合理安排、精心组织、规范管理是提高顶岗实习教学质量的关键,也是提高人才培养质量的重要课题.本文对顶岗实习中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策.Internship program is an indispensable chain of vocational education.It plays an irreplaceable role in talents nurture.The key step of the internship program is the scientific plan and reasonable arrangement,the deliberate organization and effective management.And the approach to improve the talent-training quality should be conducted stringently in course management.The paper intends to make analysis on the major problems of internship program and elaborates countermeasures.
