摘　　要：高校辅导员工作中存在着信息不对称现象,表现在辅导员与领导者之间、与合作对象之间、与管理对象之间的信息不对称以及自身的信息不对称四个方面。信息不对称给辅导员工作带来诸多不利影响,造成了相应的弊端。辅导员要采取正确的对策,运用各种手段获取相对全面的信息,尽可能地增加信息量,且不断地更新信息,以减少信息不对称带来的弊端,满足工作需要,实现教育管理工作的可持续、最优化发展。Information assymmetry exists in the work of college counsellors, which is embodied by four aspects： between counsellors and leaders, cooperators, students, and themselves. It brings them disadvantages and inflicts drawback. College counsellors should adopt proper measures, exert various means to acquire relatively comprehensive information, to enhance information volume, and renew it, in order to reduce the opposite effect, and realize sustainable and optimal development in education management.
