摘　　要：高校学生欠费问题是近年来我国高校改革发展中的焦点问题之一,它一定程度上制约并影响着高校教育教学工作。针对高校学生欠费问题严重的事实,分析原因,提出对策,最大程度地减小欠费问题给学校教学、科研等活动带来的影响具有重要意义。In recent years,university tuition fee owed by the student is one of the focusing problems in the university reform and development in China.Somehow it has restricted and affected the teaching work in universities.The author analyses the causes on the bases of the fact of tuition owing fee in university,puts forward some countermeasures to minimize the negative effect to teaching and researching activities of the universities.It also has a big significance.
