摘　　要：唐君毅是中国现代著名哲学家和现代新儒家代表人物之一。他对哲学之释义、哲学之范围与内容、哲学之分类、哲学之方法等内容的阐述,以及将西方哲学、中国哲学和印度哲学糅合在一起,采取"援西入中"之研究中国哲学的路径和方法,对传承和弘扬中国文化和中国哲学之精华无疑具有重要的现实意义。Tang Jun-yi was one of the representative of the modern well-known Confucius and philosopher. He adopted the ways and means of study Chinese philosophy based on the paraphrase of philosoghy, the content and scope, the classification of philosophy, on the explanation of philosophy combination with western and Chinese and India philosophy. This is of important significance to develop and inherit Chinese culture and the main idea of Chinese philosophy.
