摘　　要：目的:调查新进医院的护理实习生对手部清洁的认知情况,培养其洗手的意识和良好习惯,提高其手部清洁的依从性和规范化,从而减少经手传播的医院获得性感染的发生。方法:对2009年我院新进护理实习生,采用自行设计的问卷调查表进行手部清洁相关知识和方法调查。结果:62份调查问卷中,大部分护理实习生未能熟练掌握洗手指征,对洗手所需时间、洗手部位及频率等概念不了解,最常漏洗的部位为指尖,高达54.8%,其次为腕部,占33.9%;30.6%的护理实习生错误地认为戴手套可替代洗手。结论:新进医院的护理实习生对手部清洁方面的知识和方法认识不足,应高度重视岗前教育,全面培训手部清洁及系统的医院感染控制知识,加强双向防护,培养良好的手部清洁习惯,更好地控制经手传播的医院获得性感染。Objective：To investigate the knowledge of hand-cleaning in student nurses,and cultivate their awareness of washing hands,improve their submitting of hand-cleaning and standardize their washing procedure,so as to reduce the hospital-acquired infection via hands.Methods：A self-designed questionnaire on hand-cleaning-related knowledge and the ways to obtain was used to survey student nurses who entered their clinical practice newly in our hospital.Results：In the 62 questionnaires,some of them had poor-mastering of the indications of hand-cleaning,and had vague concepts of the time,position and frequency of hand-cleaning.The most frequently forgotten part was finger tips（54.8%）,the second was wrist（33.9%）.Lots of student nurses（16.1%） mistakenly thought that washing hands can be substitute by wearing gloves.Conclusion：The student nurses have relatively poor knowledge on hand-cleaning;more should be done for the hand-cleaning education,to improve the knowledge about hand-cleaning and hospital-acquired infection,develop the cor rect habit for hand-cleaning,and improve the control of hospital-acquired infection effectively.
