文拉法辛合并小剂量舒必利治疗恶劣心境的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨文拉法辛合并小剂量舒必利治疗恶劣心境的疗效与不良反应。方法将济南市精神卫生中心、山东省精神卫生中心、山东中医药大学第二附属医院门诊恶劣心境患者70例分为两组。研究组35例,使用文拉法辛合用小剂量舒必利治疗;对照组35例,单用文拉法辛治疗。疗程6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果较治疗前,治疗后各阶段的两组患者的HAMD评分均有显著性改善。两组间疗效无明显差异。研究组恶心等不良反应明显为少。结论文拉法辛合用小剂量舒必利治疗恶劣心境疗效好,不良反应减少,依从性更高。Objective To explore efficacy and safety of venlafaxine combined with sulpiride for patients with dysthy- mia. Methods A total of 70 patients with dysthymia were randomly divided into study group with venlafaxine combined with sulpiride and control group with venlafaxine for the treatment of 6 weeks. They were assessed with Hamilton Depres- sion Rating Scale for Depression （HAMD）and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale （TESS）at baseline, 1st, 2nd, 4th and 6th weekend after treatment. Results On lst,2nd, 4thweekend and 6th weekend after treatment, the scores of HAMD in two groups were all significantly lower than those in baseline. The scores of HAMD in study group had no sig- nificant differences compared with control group. The side effects in study group were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion Venlafaxine combined with sulpiride are effective to improve the symptoms of patients with dysthymia with lower adverse effects and good compliance.
