摘 要:为了缓解载氧体颗粒表面的烧结,本文提出在化学链燃烧过程中,对空气反应器进行分级送风。以Fe_2O_3为载氧体,在10 kW级串行流化床实验装置上进行煤化学链燃烧分级送风实验,探讨了一二次风的配比对两个反应器气体产物组成以及煤中碳的捕集效率的影响,利用SEM和BET对反应前后载氧体的物化性能进了分析。结果表明,分级送风方法能够有效地缓解载氧体的烧结程度,有助于载氧体在长时间使用过程中反应性能的维持。To relieve the surface sintering of oxygen carrier particles, air staging for chemical looping combustion is proposed in this paper. The air flow for oxygen carrier regeneration in the air reactor is divided into two parts, i.e., primary and secondary air. Experiments with air staging and without air staging were carried out in a 10 kW interconnected fluidized beds with two batches of fresh iron oxide particles as oxygen carrier, respectively. The effect of air staging on gas composition of the fuel and air reactors, and capture efficiency of coal carbon were experimentally investigated. The surface morphology and phase composition of fresh and reacted oxygen carriers were characterized by using SEM and BET. The results showed that air staging for chemical looping combustion could relieve significantly the surface sintering of reacted oxygen carrier particles, and kept a sufficient reactivity for oxygen carrier in the process of chemical looping combustion.
