摘 要:能力分配是收益管理中的重要领域。该文研究了收益管理及其在中国社区医院病房管理和医疗服务行业中应用。以医患总收益的最大化为目标,对经典能力分配模型进行了拓展,运用Littlewood规则,建立了病房能力分配的两价格等级模型和针对患者多元化需求的多价格等级模型。将传统的EMSR-a模型拓展为多时间窗口下、考虑有患者康复退房情况的病房分配模型。通过病房问卷调查以及实地数据收集,用该模型分析了清华大学社区医院的病房能力分配,求解了最优的病房保护水平。该模型具有良好的可移植性。Capacity allocation,an important domain in revenue management,was investigated to be used in ward management of community healthcare in China.Two-class and multi-class capacity allocation models were developed based on the conventional capacity allocation models to maximize the total revenues of hospitals and patients.The Littlewood principle was used to establish the two-class capacity allocation model with the traditional EMSR-a model was used to formalize multi-class capacity allocation based on the patients' diversified demands of ward service in consideration of the patients' check-out possibility in a multi-period setting.The model was used to analyze the wards' capacity allocation of community hospitals with the data collected from a survey at Tsinghua University and to give the optimal ward protection level.The results show that the model is transplantable for similar uses.
