数控皮革裁剪机的裁刀旋转控制算法研究

摘　　要：针对数控皮革裁剪机在裁剪过程中裁刀的旋转控制问题进行了研究。通过分析数控裁剪过程中裁刀的运动特点,建立C轴运动的数学模型,推导出了裁刀沿裁剪路径裁料过程中C轴运动插补算法,并进行了仿真分析,结果表明,该算法可以较好地满足裁剪加工的C轴运动要求。The rotation control algorithm of cutter in CNC leather cutting machine was researched. By analyzing the motion characteristic of the CNC leather cutting machine, motion control algorithm of C axis in cutting process was proposed. The simulation of garment piece cutting proves that the proposed interpolation algorithm meets requirement of cutting motion effectively.
