摘　　要：科学发展观是一种可持续的发展观。科学发展观强调人与自然和谐发展,科学发展观蕴含着深刻的生态文明思想。绿色技术创新是科学发展观指导技术创新的必然选择。科学发展观指导下的绿色技术创新既注重经济发展,也注重社会发展和生态可持续发展。我国的绿色技术创新有许多制约因素,解决这些问题,要以科学发展观引领企业绿色技术创新,建立和完善相关的政策机制,建立健全支持绿色技术创新的法律法规制度,为企业绿色技术创新营造良好的环境。View of scientific development is a concept of sustainable development.Emphasized on the harmonious development between man and nature,view of scientific development contains profound thinking of ecological civilization.Green technological innovation is the inevitable choice for technological innovation under the guidance of view of scientific development.Not only does focus on economic development,but also pays attention to social development and ecological sustainable development.There are many constraints in green technology innovation in China.To solve these problems,we should guide the green technology innovation of enterprises with view of scientific development,establish and perfect the relevant policy mechanisms,establish and improve the support for green technological innovation system of laws and regulations,create a good environment for the enterprise green technical innovation.
