公众对脑卒中早期康复治疗的认知状况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解公众对脑卒中早期康复治疗的认知状况。[方法]通过随机整群抽样,采用自行设计的问卷,对承德市某社区的879名18岁以上常住居民进行调查。[结果]31.9%的居民听说过脑卒中早期康复治疗、知晓内容限于日常生活活动能力训练、步行训练、患肢被动活动和语言训练等,但知晓率均未达到20%。15.1%的居民认为在脑卒中急性期可以进行康复治疗。性别、学历、职业对脑卒中早期康复治疗的认知状况有一定影响。15.2%的居民认为患者家属应该参与脑卒中早期康复治疗,不足10%的居民认为神经科医务人员应该给脑卒中患者做早期康复治疗。66.1%的居民认为有必要了解脑卒中早期康复治疗的知识。[结论]公众普遍缺乏脑卒中早期康复治疗知识,应充分利用广播电视、报纸杂志等公众可及性途径进行广泛宣传。[Objective] To investigate the cognition status for the early rehabilitation treatment of stroke among public.[Methods] By a randomized cluster sampling,a self-designed questionnaire was adopted to 879 residents in a community of Chengde city.[Results] 31.9% of the objects had ever heard of the early rehabilitation treatment of stroke,while the content they knew was limited in the activity of daily living training,walking ability training,passive activity training of suffering limbs and language training and the proportion who knew those was less than 20%.15.2% of the objects believe that the rehabilitation treatment can be done in the acute period.Gender,age and profession of the objects may influence the cognition of the early rehabilitation treatment of stroke.15.2% of the objects think the family member of the stroke patient should participated in the early rehabilitation treatment,and the proportion who think the neurologists should participated in the early rehabilitation treatment is less than 10%.66.1% of the objects think it is necessary to know the knowledge of early rehabilitation treatment of stroke.[Conclusion] The knowledge of the early rehabilitation treatment of stroke is lack widely in the publics.Some available media for the publics such as broadcast,TV,newspaper and magazine should be used in the spreading of related knowledge.Dept.of Rehabilitation Medicine,The Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College,067000
