摘  要:[目的]观察白藜芦醇对脂多糖刺激小鼠RAW264.7细胞的NF-κB核转位影响。[方法]体外培养小鼠RAW264.7细胞,脂多糖刺激小鼠RAW264.7细胞,用不同浓度白藜芦醇进行干预,免疫荧光法结合激光共聚焦显微镜检测NF-κB核转位情况。[结果]共聚焦显微镜下观察到正常组细胞NF-κB荧光标记主要分布于胞浆区,核区很少,LPS刺激后NF-κB荧光标记浓集于核区,胞浆区少见;白藜芦醇预处理后再给予LPS刺激的荧光标记主要位于胞浆区,以100、50μmol.L-1组较明显。[结论]白藜芦醇能抑制脂多糖刺激下小鼠RAW264.7细胞的NF-κB核转位。[Objective] To observe the effects of Resveratro1 on translocation of NF-κB into nuclear in RAW 264.7 cells induced by LPS.[Methods] RAW264.7 cell lines were cultivated and induced by LPS.The nuclear translocation of NF-κB in RAW264.7 cells were detected by immunofluorescence and laser scanning confocal microscope.[Results] The Cy3-labeled NF-κB was mainly located in the nuclei of RAW264.7 cells induced by LPS.The Cy3-labeled NF-κB was mainly located in the cytoplasma of RAW264.7 cells pretreated with resveratro1(100 and 50μmol.L^-1 groups were obvious).[Conclusion] Resveratro1 could inhibit the nuclear translocation of NF-κB in RAW264.7 cells induced by LPS.
