147例糖尿病患者血脂检查结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]收集147例糖尿病患者和149例健康体检者的血糖和血脂测定结果,分析糖尿病患者血脂异常原因,为临床治疗提供依据。[方法]采集糖尿病患者及血糖正常人群清晨空腹血清,测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的浓度,对结果进行统计分析。[结果]糖尿病患者TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C与正常对照组的测定结果比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]糖尿病患者血脂含量明显升高,提示临床在对糖尿病患者控制血糖的同时,应对其高脂血症进行相应的降脂治疗,以减少糖尿病患者血管并发症的发生。The blood sugar and fat of 147 diabetic patients and 149 health examination people were determined,and the unusual reason of blood fats were analyzed,so that to provides the basis for the clinical care.[Methods] We collected the empty stomach blood serum of health people and diabetic people,and determined the total cholesterol（TC）,the triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）and the concentration of low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,and performed the statistical analysis.[Results] TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C of diabetic patients and the normal control group were determined,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P﹤0.01）.[Conclusion] The conclusion diabetic blood fats content elevates obviously,and it indicates we should performed related lipid-lowering therapy while controlling the blood sugar to the diabetic,so that to reduce the occurrence of diabetic blood vessel complication.
