丹参酚酸B处理带瓣牛颈静脉的血液相容性研究

摘　　要：目的评价经丹参酚酸B处理的带瓣牛颈静脉的血液相容性,探讨其在心血管外科治疗中的应用前景。方法带瓣牛颈静脉经常规戊二醛处理后,再用丹参酚酸B溶液进行处理,然后进行体外动态凝血实验,血小板粘附性能实验,D-二聚体测定进行血液相容性评价,与传统的戊二醛处理的带瓣牛颈静脉作平行对照。结果①丹参酚酸B处理后的带瓣牛颈静脉抗凝血性能优于对照组(P<0.01);②丹参酚酸B处理后带瓣牛颈静脉血小板黏附比对照组明显减轻且变形小;③D-二聚体含量各组均在正常范围内,丹参酚酸B处理组明显低于戊二醛组和新鲜组(P<0.01)。结论经丹参酚酸B处理后带瓣牛颈静脉体外血液相容性得到明显改善,显示了在临床上应用的可能性。Objective To evaluate the hemocompatibility of valved bovine jugular veins treated by salvianolic acid B,and discuss the potential of their clinical application.Methods The hemocompatibility of valved bovine jugular veins treated by salvianolic acid B were evaluated by dynamic cruor time test,blood platelet adhesion test,D-dimeride determination and complement activation test.Results ①The curve of absorbance-clotting time of valved bovine jugular veins treated by salvianolic acid B declined more slowly than that of valved bovine jugular veins only tanned by glutaraldehyde（P0.01）.②Platelets adhesion on the valved bovine jugular veins treated by salvianolic acid B was less than that of control group.③The D-dimeride contents of the valved bovine jugular veins treated by salvianolic acid B were in the normal level,and there was significant difference between testing groups and control groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Valved bovine jugular veins treated by salvianolic acid B met the hemocompatibility requirement of cardiac interstitial implanted materials.
