摘　　要：教学服务型高校应用型人才培养研究与实践是一种崭新的课题,如何提高大学的服务职能,更好地为地方经济建设和行业发展培养人才是亟待解决的问题。文章以计算机专业为例,分析应用型人才培养的基本特征,提出构建以提升应用能力为核心的人才培养模式,详细研究以产学研合作为依托的实践教学基地建设和确保应用型人才培养质量的"双师型"队伍建设问题。It is a new subject to study and practise applied talents training in teaching-service-oriented colleges and universities. What is serious is how to improve the service function of colleges and universities in order to cultivate talents for local economic construction and industry development. Taking computer science major as an example, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of applied talents training and constructs competency-based training model. A detailed study is carried out on the establishment of teaching and practice base relying on the cooperation of construction, learning and research, and on the ＂double-master＂ team development to ensure the quality of applied talents training.
