摘　　要：大学生职业生涯规划实践教学是一个系统性的工作。文章首先探讨高校大学生职业生涯规划存在的问题,进而对职业生涯规划的软环境和硬环境进行分析,最后通过纵向维度和横向维度,提出构建大学生职业生涯规划的实践教学模式。It is a systematic work for the practice teaching on career planning for college students. Firstly, this article discusses some problems about career planning for college students. And then, the soft environment and hard environment on career planning for college students are analyzed. Finally, by vertical dimension and horizontal dimension, the mode of practice teaching on career planning for college students is constructed.
