摘　　要：卵巢癌被认为是预后最差的妇科恶性肿瘤之一。侵袭和转移是恶性肿瘤细胞的重要生物学特征之一。研究表明,E-cadherin与人体肿瘤的侵袭和转移密切相关。本文就E-cadherin与卵巢肿瘤侵袭、转移的关系研究进展作一综述。Ovarian cancer is considered to be one of the gynecological malignancies with poor prognosis.Invasion and metastasis are main characters in malignant tumor.Preview research show us that E-cadherin was related to the invasion and metastasis of tumor.This paper will review the relationship between the E-cadherin and invasion and metastasis in progression of ovarian Cancer.
